Cost-saving lock device solution for one-time, single-use for operation-wide plant and facility lockout shutdown and turnaround. Combines the features of a security seal and traditional padlock for single use - eliminating the hassle of misplaced locks or keys. Use to lock out control panels, valves and instrumentation or seal off access to storage trailers, boxes, bins and containers. Attention-getting red and white hazard stripe lockout style label has bold message and space to fill in identification, name and date information. Seal is tamper-evident. Plastic shackle band can only be broken or cut for removal for one-time use. Simply loop band end through padlock-style body. Push band in to shorten and tighten loop. Repeating molded teeth lock band in place inside padlock body and cannot reverse out. Red, all-plastic body measures 2 1/2" H x 1/2" W x 7/8" D with 7 1/2" L x 1/4" W long plastic shackle band rated up to 100 lb. pull strength.
