Description

Prevent gate valve handles from being turned without authority. Hinged clamshell housing fully encloses the valve handle and prevents unauthorized access. Universal “STOP” octagon shape in tough plastic is safety red and features (3) shackle holes for securing with padlocks (sold separately) in a group lockout setting. Unique pry guard, prevents ability to insert a screwdriver in between halves to pry them apart. In the center, a thinner area allows for easy drill through and attachment on rising stem gate valves. Comes with safety label with red diagonal hazard stripes and space to write in pertinent lockout information. Available to fit (5) sizes of valve handle diameters. Model KDD470 has only (1) padlock shackle hole. (Accuform)
